Most questions are better posted in the forum than sent to us privately, because the members who can answer them are on the boards rather than in the inbox. Use the addresses below for anything that genuinely needs the team.
Reporting a post or appealing a moderation decision
Use the report button on the post itself where you can, since that gives moderators the thread and the context together. For anything sensitive, or to appeal a warning, suspension or ban, email info@guidescafe.ng or guidescafe@gmail.com with your username and a link to the thread. Appeals are read by a person and decisions do get reversed when the original call was wrong.
If someone has contacted you privately offering to sell admission or exam answers after you posted here, forward it to the same address. That information helps us shut down the accounts they’re using.
Corrections, press and partnerships
For factual corrections, media enquiries, advertising, or partnership proposals from schools and organisations, email info@guidescafe.ng or guidescafe@gmail.com. Institutions wanting to correct information circulating about their admission process are welcome to write in, and we’ll update or pin the accurate version.
What we can’t help with
GuidesCafe isn’t affiliated with JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NYSC or any Nigerian institution, and we have no access to any admission portal, result database or call-up record. We can’t check your admission status, retrieve your result, change a posting or influence a list. Anyone telling you otherwise, on this forum or anywhere else, is not acting for us.
GuidesCafe is published by NextFrame Publishing Group. Emails are usually answered within two working days, though admission season slows that down.
