Have you checked your JAMB CAPS recently?

If you were offered admission by a school between 2021 and 2026 but never accepted or rejected the offer on JAMB CAPS, you need to check it before September 30, 2026.

JAMB says this is the final deadline for affected candidates to either accept or reject outstanding admission offers. After the deadline, unresolved offers may be changed to “Not Admitted.”

If you already have a newer admission and an old offer is still showing on your CAPS, JAMB says rejecting the old offer will not affect your 2026 admission.

What to do: Log into your JAMB profile, open CAPS, check your admission status and take the appropriate action before the deadline.

Don’t leave an old admission sitting on your CAPS without checking what it means.
