JAMB just changed something important about changing your phone number and email

If the phone number or email linked to your JAMB profile is no longer accessible, there is now a new process that may help.

JAMB has relaxed its rules on changing registered phone numbers and email addresses. The Board says candidates can now make certain changes through its approved channels, subject to verification.

This matters if you:

• Lost the SIM card you used for JAMB
• Can no longer access your registered email
• Changed your phone number and are worried about receiving admission information
• Need to recover access to your JAMB profile

Don’t pay an agent to change your JAMB details for you.
