These are the requirements to apply for an internship at the UCH:

• B.NSc. degree certificate.

• Current Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) provisional license.

• Statement of result or transcript.

• Recommendation letters (sometimes required).

2. Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Lagos

Requirements

• B.NSc. degree certificate.

• Current NMCN provisional license.

• Completed application form from LUTH’s HR portal or collected physically.

• Recent passport photographs.

5. Federal Medical Centres (FMCs)
