To Check Data Balance on T2, Just Dial *323# and choose Data Balance.
As you may know T2 is the new name foe 9mobile so, it’s basically the new version of 9mobile.
Knowing your data balance helps you avoid unexpected disconnections while browsing or streaming. Since T2 is newly rebranded from 9mobile, the process to check your data balance will most likely remain the same in the early stages.
Here’s how to do it now, using 9mobile’s methods, just replace the codes with the official T2 ones when available.
1. Check via USSD Code
On 9mobile, you can check your remaining data balance by dialing:
*323#
You will receive an SMS showing:
- Your remaining data volume (in MB or GB)
- Your data expiry date
2. Check via Mobile App
If T2 keeps the 9mobile mobile app model:
- Download the T2 (or existing 9mobile) app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Log in with your T2 number.
- Tap on “Data” or “My Account” to view your balance and expiry date.
3. Check via SMS
On 9mobile, you can send an empty SMS to 228 to receive your data balance.
This is especially useful if you can’t remember USSD codes.
4. Check via Customer Care
If other methods don’t work:
- Call T2’s customer care (currently 9mobile’s is
200
from a 9mobile line). - Ask the agent to confirm your current data balance.
Tips to Manage Your Data
- Turn off background data for unused apps.
- Use data compression browsers like Opera Mini.
- Monitor heavy streaming apps (YouTube, TikTok, Netflix).
Final Tip: For now, use 9mobile’s balance check methods. Once T2 officially updates their codes, this guide can be edited quickly with the new details.
